The short version. Rank things you've actually watched, read and listened to. Don't be cruel to other people. Your list is yours and you can take it or delete it whenever you like. This is a small independent app, not a company with a support desk.
These terms are between you and the operator of what's the vibe. "We" below means that operator.
This is a social app and it isn't built for children. If you're under 13 you can't have an account. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 13 we'll delete it. If you're between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
Your rankings, your display name, your picture and anything else you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them in the app so it can work, showing your list to people who follow you, including your scores in an item's average, and showing your name to someone you tag or recommend to. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Don't upload a picture you don't have the right to use, and don't use the app to harass, impersonate or threaten anyone. We can remove content and close accounts for that.
The app itself, the code, the design, the name and the way the ranking works, belongs to us. Artwork, titles and descriptions come from other services and belong to them or to the rights holders.
No scraping, no bulk automated requests, no attempts to get at other people's accounts, and no reselling access. There are rate limits and going around them isn't allowed.
Delete your account any time under My information. It's immediate and permanent. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll say why unless there's a legal reason not to.
The app is provided as-is, without warranties. It's early, it's run by one person, and it can break or change. Scores, averages and recommendations are opinions and entertainment, not advice. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us, which today is nothing.
If these terms change in a way that matters we'll say so in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using it after that means you accept the new version.
