Vibra is one ranked list of everything you watch, read and listen to. You rank a film against a book against an album, head to head, and the order that falls out is your taste. You can follow friends, see how closely your lists match, recommend things to each other, and ask for something to watch by describing the mood you're in.
Write to dantusjosh@gmail.com and a person reads it. It is one person, so give it a day or two. Inside the app, the feedback form under the menu sends to the same address and carries a screenshot with it, which makes a display problem much faster to fix.
When something is broken, the useful details are what you tapped, what you expected, what happened instead, and whether you were on the iPhone app or the website.
I forgot my password. Use the reset link on the sign-in screen. The email arrives within a minute or two, the link expires after an hour, and it works once.
Something I want to rank isn't there. Search pulls from TMDB, Open Library, Apple and YouTube. If a title is missing from all of them, send it to the address above.
How do I get my data out? My information, then Download my data. You get every row we hold as a JSON file.
How do I delete my account? My information, then Delete my account. It is immediate and permanent, and it takes your rankings, watchlist, follows and tags with it.
Something looks wrong in the artwork or a description. That text and those images come from the sources above rather than from us, so the fix usually has to happen there, but tell us and we'll look.
If someone is harassing or impersonating you, email the address above with their display name and we will act on it. Accounts get closed for that.
